GTI Precision Components takes great pride in supplying products to hi-tech industries worldwide including Aerospace and Defense, Orthopedic and Biotech, Electronics, and Satellite. From early in our company’s development specializing in complex component geometries was of interest and is still the passion at the very center of GTI’s structure and growth plan. We have had years of experience with high speed machining of aluminum, 5-axis universal machining, 3D parametric solid and surface modeling…all of which were considered technologies that were only for use by the largest of companies.

Continuing today, GTI Precision Components is advancing its offerings. As can be seen in our most recent CNC machine tool acquisitions, automation is present for maximum factory output and reduced down time. In addition, true mill/turn technology has been implemented to address the growing trend of custom engineered components requiring equal parts of both disciplines. We recognize the need to further develop our titanium machining techniques and look to the future where we will augment our existing high speed aluminum cells with those for hard metal cutting. Software has been at the center of our business planning through the years. GTI Precision Components maintains that strategy today by staying current with the latest manufacturing related software applications.
